Here we are in February, the month of Love... Blah.
Every month is the month of love. Well it should be. Life is short and we need to grab every opportunity to say I love you, show someone you care and being a loving supportive person. Too often we find ourselves, cranky and tired and rushed. As mothers we love our children but sometimes life gets in the way and we snap at them, we hurry them to school or the bus, we freak because they're late.
Every month is the month of love. Well it should be. Life is short and we need to grab every opportunity to say I love you, show someone you care and being a loving supportive person. Too often we find ourselves, cranky and tired and rushed. As mothers we love our children but sometimes life gets in the way and we snap at them, we hurry them to school or the bus, we freak because they're late.
We yell because they won't eat their food. We get upset when they won't go to bed and leave us alone, it's been a long day and we're tired...........but stop for a minute, think of the mothers who yearn for their child to get up and come out of bed, just one more time or the families who want to see their child climb off that school bus again. For those families time ran out. Did they love their child enough? Do they wish they said I love you one more time?
I wish I could have said I love you more to my Dad, even though I said it all the time. Did he really know? Is it ever enough?
Do they really know we love them? Will we be satisfied we loved them enough.
Why don't we make the month of February a new thing, the start of saying to everyone we love, 'I love you' everyday, even beyond the 28th...
Every Single Day, even if you don't feel it.
